Planet Workout Zumba

If you love great music and dancing this is definitely the workout for you! If you have tried other traditional workout programs and just haven't enjoyed it then this is definitely for you! Zumba is like nothing you have ever tried before. No dance experience necessary. It's fun, easy to follow and it's for everyone.

What can I expect in a Zumba Class? Each song is a different Latin rhythm, merenge, salsa, flamenco, samba, tango, reggae, cumbia, calypso, cha cha, belly dancing, hip hop and more. You will be playing with traditional and contemporary music styles and movements all put together to give you that great feeling of being immersed in the music. The warm up, cool down, cardio and toning are all built in and disguised by the awesome music and dance moves!

Zumba is fun but what are the benefits? Zumba brings on the heat and burns off the calories! You can burn between 500-1000 calories in a Zumba class. The movements integrate the entire body toning arms, chest, back, abdominals and legs. Nothing is left out. That's not all, Zumba is good for balance, coordination, for the heart and the mind. It really chases stress away and works you top to bottom, inside and out. 

Why is it so popular? It's fune, it's effective and it really is the best party in town.
